Reservations
At the time of booking, a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total amount of the stay will be made. Reservations will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp, once the deposit has been received.
DEPOSIT:
On the day of arrival, a pre-authorisation of 150 euros will be made to your credit card as a deposit to cover any possible damage or lack of cleanliness on the day of departure. Once we have checked that the house has been used properly on departure, this amount will be released.
IMPORTANT: The remaining 80% of the total amount of the stay will be paid on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over.
Check-in time: from 18.00 to 20.00 hours.
Check-out time for weekend stays, except July and August: until 18.00 hours.
Check-out time for stays in July and August: until 11.00 am.
Cancellations
If the cancellation is due to a major cause, we follow the regulations of Navarre Government:
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund.
If the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, 50% refund.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival are fully non-refundable.
Method of payment
– Bank transfer, credit card or bizum, as long as full payment is made in advance.
– Cash, if payment is made upon arrival.
